Great find.. I had heard nothing about the place, just drove by one day and saw the sign and went in. Best stop I've ever made. The food is fantastic and I can buy as much as I want or as little as I want. I'm not forced into weeks worth of food that may wind up going to waste. The entire concept of Redefine Meals is A.

One of my close friends put me onto this establishment to help both him and I in eating better. From that day on I’ve been to Redefined at least once a week and each time I’ve had great food, at a great price, and almost always had a good conversation with the cashier. This is my go to spot for prepped meals located in the Islip Main Street area. The stores are clean. There’s always plenty of options for meals. They switch up the menu often. My favorite meal is the hibachi steak but you can’t go wrong with any of the pre-prepped meals.

Best decision I made for my health. It takes away the stress of that dreaded conversation “what do you want for dinner” lol my 16 yr old daughter loves them too. So my daughter, my husband and I all pick out what we want for dinner each night and still get to eat together as a family. Delicious!!! And such a variety it never gets old!
